Seagull Luxury Maisonette

The space

In the ground floor, from where the main entrance of the apartment is, you will find the living room and the kitchen. Also, there is a toilet which has a shower. Going upstairs with an internal wooden staircase you will find the 2 bedrooms that the maisonette has and one more toilet. The beds are both double. The one has a normal double bed with dimensions of the mattress 160 x 2 m and the other is a king size bed with dimensions of the mattress 180 x 2 m. All the beds and the pillows are anatomically and having the latest mattress innovation, memory foam. All the spaces of the house overlook the sea. The maisonette is equipped with 3 air conditions, one per bedroom and one more at the living room. You can use it either for cold or heat air.
